1. Moved my whole apartment with the help of my wonderfully handsome older brother (and a little help from the dashing Matticus).

2. Fitting everything in storage was like Tetris IRL - thank god my brother and I have a sense of humor.

3. Dear Goodwill, I’m really really really sorry and I feel really bad… but you’re soon gonna realize that the gigantic TV that I gave you does NOT work at all, the mic stand is broken, and down at the bottom of the box is a bunch of old chewed up doggy toys that I left in there… AND a broken vase (I blame you for that one). I truly hope that the awesome games and books make up for it a little. In my defense I had 30 minutes to get the U-Haul back and didn’t know where a proper dumpster was. Again, sorry.

4. In the midst of all the moving my parents called to tell us they had just found my Uncle Dana dead in his home. I had mentioned Dana in my earlier postabout my Uncle Steve, who had just died about a month ago, because Dana was Steve’s caretaker. Steve is my father’s older brother, Dana is my mother’s older brother. This is so sad. So my brother and I immediately reserved flights home for the 1st. But just found out there will be no funeral as there will probably be a scattering of ashes in the desert somewhere. Dana always was a weird one, so this is absolutely NOT surprising, it’s fitting actually.

5. I will be staying in LA for the New Year’s now. But most likely going camping “in the wilds” this weekend.

6. I need entertainment, my body hurts, and I need laughter.
