One of the dogs, Snoopy, fell in love with the rabbit, Bunny, and liked to cuddle it all the time.
Two days ago we found that someone had dropped off a long-haired Siamese rabbit in our barn… people do that to us a lot out here?… so now Bunny and the new rabbit are in their own pen together since we didn’t want to introduce either of them to the general rabbit area for fear that they’d both get beaten up or shunned. Normally it wouldn’t be that big of a deal but right now it’s too cold for a rabbit to be by itself outside. I’ll try to get a picture of Bunny and his new “cellmate” together when I go down to feed the horses tonight.
*this is the same bunny you all had the contest to name. The name we decided on was Hurley but after finding out my little nephew just named his new puppy Hurley I let him name the bunny himself… so now it’s name is Bunny… how imaginative.
